Endeavour Hills is built across undulating ground, so the work is runoff and subsoil drainage: agi lines behind retaining walls, cut-off drains above a pad, and stormwater runs that follow the fall down to a discharge point.

We plan the run with the slope rather than against it, dig to line and level, and backfill compacted so nothing washes out in the first heavy rain.

On a sloping block the drainage and the retaining are two halves of the one job. Water sitting behind a wall is what pushes it over, so the agi line, the aggregate and the outlet matter as much as the wall itself.
