Officer is largely new greenfield estates, so the work is new-build civil and drainage: stormwater pipe and pits, agi lines, service trenching, crossover excavation and tank holes on fresh blocks.
We work off the drainage plan, dig to the fall, connect to the discharge point and backfill compacted, so the block hands over ready for the next trade.
Greenfield blocks in Officer are a clean slate, which means the levels on the plan are the only thing to work to. Accurate setout and a properly compacted trench are what stop settlement showing up under a driveway a year later.
