Overview

Ready ground,

Site prep is the first job on most builds and the one that costs the most time if it gets done wrong. We run an owner-operated rig with the right machines for the site, from tight backyards through to multi-unit pads.

Clear the trees and rubbish, cut to level, trim the pad to spec. You get the ground the builder expected, on the day they expected, with a tidy site to hand over.

Strip, cut and level the pad. Residential blocks, multi-unit sites, commercial pads. Machines sized to the access.

Precision Final Trimming

Final trim to spec. Concrete pads, footings, driveways, paving. Tight tolerances so the slab pour lands where it should.

Demolition & Site Clearing

Clear structures, old slabs, vegetation and rubbish. Sort what can be recovered, cart away what can't. Site tidy when we leave.
