We scale the machine to the job and work in with the site manager on the commercial ones, so we are off the site rather than holding up the trades behind us.
Hallam's industrial pockets sit on ground that has already been worked once, so there is usually old slab, footing or fill in the way. Finding that early is what keeps a site cut from turning into a much bigger job midway through.
